For example, when it comes to the ups and downs of a job search the secret is to keep the right perspective.

Many boomer bloggers are blogging up a storm. Yet, it it important to take a break about every 60 min. from sitting at your computer. Get up, stretch up or dance up. As long as you take a mini break from your computer.
This will enable you to be more refreshed, restored and re-energized for more blogging.
